This is a guided 3-week reset designed to work in harmony with natural rhythms of the body and the moon.

In Ayurveda, we don’t force change — we align with nature.
Each phase of the moon supports a different process: build, release, restore.

The 3-Week Journey

Week 1 — Regulate & Restore

We gently simplify, organize, and prepare.
Digestion stabilizes, the system calms, and the body gets ready to release. You begin to feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

Week 2 — Release & Reset

After the Full Moon, the body naturally shifts into release mode. This is the most powerful time to cleanse. We support the body with simple meals, kitchari days, daily practices and cleansing hearbs. Digestion resets, elimination improves, and energy becomes lighter and more clear.

Week 3 — Rebuild & Rejuvenate

Energy becomes quiet, inward, and deeply restorative. We begin to rebuild and nourish. Digestive strength returns, tissues become stronger, and you feel steady, refreshed, and naturally energized. The final week is a gentle closing that sets the foundation for your day-to-day maintenance, helping you stay balanced and grounded.

As the program completes on the New Moon phare, you arrive at a natural point of renewal and new beginning.

The complete three-week journey — the ideal minimum time to restore Agni, rebalance the doshas, clear toxins, begin rebuilding stronger tissues, and see real results.
You will also learn the foundations of Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition through your own experience, gaining practical tools to support your daily balance and long-term well-being.

Programs are available fully virtual or hybrid, with optional in-person weekend practice experiences.

Program Guidelines & What to Know

This reset is designed to support your body gently and effectively. A few simple commitments will help you receive the full benefit of the program.

During the program, you will:

  • Follow a simple, primarily plant-based diet

  • Eliminate or significantly reduce caffeine

  • Avoid alcohol, refined sugar, and processed foods

  • Prepare at least one fresh, home-cooked meal per day

  • Create space for daily practices (about 1 hour total, accumulated throughout the day)

To support your results, it is recommended to:
• Minimize long-distance travel during the program
• Avoid highly stressful or energy-demanding events
• Prioritize rest, routine, and consistency
